At Plan A we service a number of different long term health care facilities, and this orientation package is an amalgamation of every facilities policies and procedures. By combining the individual orientation packages into one manual we hope to eliminate repeated information and significantly decrease the amount of time it takes for new staff to complete the reading. It is very important to understand that not every instruction or duty in your designation applies to every facility you will work in, but having all the information you will need available in one package will make it easy to adjust to each environment.
This orientation program will introduce Plan A’s policies and procedures all employees follow. The course consists of 38 lessons and 4 final tests. You must have all of the lessons completed in order to continue to the test portion of orientation.
